The Sugia OmniScope F6-B is a portable articulating industrial videoscope built for rigorous non-destructive testing (NDT) across pipeline, automotive, and heavy-machinery inspection programs. A mechanical joystick delivers true 360° omni-directional steering, allowing the probe tip to navigate complex bends, elbows, and branched cavities that fixed or 2-way cameras cannot reach — a true 360 degree articulating videoscope for complex geometry access. As a joystick steering inspection camera, it positions the probe tip with deliberate, repeatable control rather than motor-driven drift. A 4.3-inch IPS HD display renders defect imagery with stable color and wide viewing angles, so inspectors can identify pitting, cracking, and foreign-object debris on-site without an external monitor.

The probe is rated IP67 waterproof and dustproof, permitting submerged inspection inside pipes, tanks, and damp cavities — serving as an IP67 waterproof pipe borescope for pipeline and plumbing surveys. A built-in high-temperature alert protects the lens and sensor when the insertion tube is introduced into hot environments, signalling the operator before damage occurs. On-board image control — 4x digital zoom, 180° image rotation, and one-click photo and video capture — lets an inspector document findings as JPEG images and MP4 video clips directly to internal storage, with no separate capture device required.
